In exercise of powers conferred under section 11 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, read with section 55A of the companies Act, 1956, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide circular ref. no. MRD/DoP/Cir-05/2009 dated May 20, 2009, has clarified that for the securities market transactions and off-market/private transactions involving transfer of shares in physical form of listed companies, it shall be mandatory for the transferee(s) to furnish copy of PAN card to the Company/RTAs for registration of such transfer of shares.
In view of the above circular, the transferee(s) dealing in the shares of ECE Industries Limited in physical form are requested to send the copy of their PAN card along with the other documents to the Company/RTAs for registration of such transfer of shares.
Communication regarding transfer/transmission of shares, Dematerialisation/Rematerialisation, Dividend, Change of address or any other queries relating to shares of then Company may be made at either of the following address:
